Offers and prices
Promotional offers are only valid within the double limit of the validity period of the offer concerned and available stocks.
The prices appearing on this Website are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding participation in delivery costs (see “Delivery”), and are subject to change throughout the year, it being understood that the products ordered are invoiced at the applicable prices when the order is registered. Shipping costs amount to € 3.50 for a delivery in Belgium and Luxembourg, and € 4.50 for a delivery in France.

Your order

Availability of the products
Our product offers placed on the Website are only valid within the limit of available stocks. Payment
Depending on your order, Alinessence (Sencha SRL) can offer you one or more of the following payment methods: payment on order by bank card, Bancontact / Maestro or PayPal, deferred payment by bank transfer.
Payment is made in accordance with the payment method authorized by the commercial offer concerned. Online payment by bank card or Bancontact / Maestro is completely secure. All invoices are payable at Alinessence’s head office (Sencha SRL). Failure to pay by the due date triggers a reminders procedure. Thefirst reminder is free of charge. Administrative costs of € 5.00 for the second reminder will be automatically charged to the customer without prior notice. The costs of formal notice will amount to € 15.00. In the event of payment default, Alinessence (Sencha SRL) will also be entitled to claim, automatically and without prior notice, a lump sum indemnity equal to 20% of the amount invoiced, with a minimum of € 20.00, as well as default interest at the rate of 12%, without prejudice to the right to claim the reimbursement of judicial costs, in accordance with the provisions of the Belgian Judicial Code.

Delivery
Our sales and prices are intended from Brussels, Belgium. The products can be delivered in Belgium, Luxembourg and France, in accordance with the address of your choice as indicated during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to provide us with all the exact details necessary for the proper delivery of your order. You will be delivered within an average of 8 working days from the receipt of your order form and your payment by Alinessence.
Reimbursement
If your product does not meet your expectations, you can send it back in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt, indicating the reason for the return to Alinessence (Sencha SRL), 25 avenue Van Beesen, 1090 Brussels, Belgium. We undertake to exchange it or, if you wish, to reimburse it by bank transfer within 14 days of its receipt by us as follows:
– The package is returned without having been opened: we will reimburse the order and any shipping costs;
– The product is returned at your own will: we will reimburse the price of the product and any shipping costs, the return costs remaining your responsibility;
– The product is returned due to our own responsibility: we will reimburse you for the product, any shipping and return costs.
Liability
Alinessence (Sencha SRL) cannot be held liable for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular concerningpostal services, transporters and / or telecommunications providers.
